Its been gorgeous weather over the weekend and we really have made the most of it.
The vege garden has been mowed and weeded with old crops put back into the soil. The beds have had a good turnover and compost.
We put up a new bean frame - which is much larger and stronger than last years bamboo structure.
The blueberries have had their birdproofing strenghtened so hoping to even get just one berry this year.
Yams have been planted and large 200l drums have been cut in half for more veges. And of course, Daisy-Belle had her change of outfit.
Theres still a little more pottering to happen in there and I would also like to extend the wildflower garden but for this evening I'm going to enjoy a glass of red while planning how I'm going to do the planting this year....And my poor long suffering husband is packing his kit and off to work!!!!
