That's approximately the measurement of this little part of our vege garden. It's pretty incredible what you can get into a small space.

This area features the first pot on the left with some self-sown lobelia and a spare chilli plant in it. The next pot - and the one toward the end of the path - have some supermarket bought agria potatoes that had gone to seed, thought I'd give them a go in the two spare pots I had.

On the ladder are three tubs of portulaca flowers (these love the heat and the dry and these will get sun pretty much all day long) Underneath the orange and lemon trees in the corner are 3 pots of a shade loving flower my son gave me - I can't remember the name of them. Under the citrus is also where my late Dad's gnome Norman lives.

Inside the frame and shelter at either end of this triangle garden are two beefsteak tomatoes. My favourite tomato of all time - one slice covers a piece of toast!

At the back of the triangle garden our first two rows of Pukekohe Long Keeper onions and at the front 3 crown pumpkin plants planted in weed mat to keep the weeds down when they spread.

Just in front of those a bunch of chives and another spare chilli plant. You can see in the background to the right our new passionfruit vine and of course our spuds creeping over the path from the next bed.

What fun you can have in a small space.
