Today SH and I went in search of something special to celebrate my lovely prize courtesy of Yates this year.
I really wanted to get something that I would look at and always remember this special garden community.
We have a garden at the entrance to our front door from which we have recently removed two old yukka's. It's mostly shaded and lends itself to ferns but where the yukkas were removed I could visualise two large pots with some structual planting (that sounds very House and Garden but I just want it to look nice!) to complement the ferns.
So today part of my winnings was spent on two beautiful pots which we have planted with red flaxes to welcome visitors to our home and garden.
Thank you Yates... these pots will travel with us from now on.
