I am hoping that the a cabbage will be ready for Christmas. We have a few carrots left from the winter set that would go well with the onions that are almost ready and a closlaw from the garden would be great! One will be ready before and hopefully 1 will be a little after as it would be useful for fermenting jalapeño. It will be a first for me, and cabbage leaves cover the peers to stop them floating up. I have done kraut before so not too different from that process.
