Ever since I made my first garden, I've always had a herb garden.
Herbs are so interesting. They've got such history and there's lots of magic associated with them.
I love growing something that wise women (and men) grew hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago to help people stay healthy and perhaps make naughty people unhealthy!
Most are really easy to propagate as well. This is the start of my Somerset collection.
We had another north facing position for the herb garden sheltered by a hedge. I wanted it to be circular (not sure why!) So out came the spade...
(BTW the holes in the lawn are where Super Husband dug out cape daisies)
