As the plants grow, we get excited and the festivities of the season will make time go so fast.
Salads and all those quick lettuce fillers in sandwiches for lunch will deplete the garden quickly, so spare 10 minutes and so a few little 6 cell trays of spring onions, lettuce, Silverbeet and mini red and green cabbages will make perfect little fillers of varying sizes to fill gaps that appear.
