First decent harvests I get in spring are always radishes. My partner likes to snack on them during the day (he works from home) so I grow lots. These particular ones are Cherry Bell and have been, by far, the most reliable ones I’ve grown. I suppose daikon has never failed me either, but then I don’t really see daikon as a radish, more of radish/turnip.
Courtesy of some extra daylight, I finally had some time to plant my peonies after work earlier this week. I’ve been putting off getting many plants before we move to our permanent home. But buying a house has been put off for so many years now that I decided I’ll get some peonies and just grow them among my vegies. That way I can easily dig them up when we move.
Crossing my fingers for some good weather this weekend. Quite a few seedlings are ready to be planted outside like leek, cabbages and broccoli. Just as well, as various surfaces are getting full with seedlings!
