Hello lovely Gardeners
The optimistic part of me would love for it to be spring. It makes sense, there are daffodils in my garden, the kids up the road are looking after tiny wee lambs for calf club, the evenings are a little lighter and there is a spring like scent in the air. The sap is indeed beginning to rise.
And yet the realist part of me is screaming at the top of its lungs that it is too soon to be doing spring things. The best use of my time right now is getting ready for spring, like preparing the beds, gathering the supplies and hunkering down from the winter weather that hasn’t finished with us yet.
Spring will be here soon enough and when it comes, that is when all the fun starts. So watch this space to see what is happening in my garden and hopefully there will be some exciting news about how this Growing Community can make your spring growing season even more interesting.
