When I planted two lemon trees several years ago, my hope was an abundance of lemons one day, and I think I might have finally reached my goal.
I love lemons! Love eating them on their own, or cooking with them... I'm definitely going to have to get clever now with the two trees producing plenty.... Lemoncello could be fun to try making for some yummy summer drinks!! Anyone made it?
Now... more of a gardening question! One of the trees looks so healthy and happy, and the other one, I noticed while picking lemons it has lost a good volume of leaves. They're both planted on a slope - the higher one the one struggling... Any lemon growing experts want to hazard a guess at the problem. I feed them both regularly - they're about 3 metres apart from each other.... It's done well for years, but this year - seems determined to lose it's leaves!!!
Would love some lemon tips to revive my poor tree...... but still, I'm impressed with all the lemons they're both producing after all these years!! Yay!
