Not a Bad Problem to Have

Yesterday the candy cane capsicum in the greenhouse started to get a serious lean on. Turns out the weight of all the fruit is just too much for the tiny stake that came with it. I counted over 40 fruit on the one plant already and it is still flowering like mad. This is what I call a good problem not a bad one!

This is one of our cheat plants (not grown from seed) and I got this as our capsicum were slow to start. I do not regret the spend. At $7 this plant will pay for itself. A punnet of these snack capsicums retail at around $5. Have about 8 or more punnets already on the plant. I reckon at least $30-40 of capsicum growing with more to come.

Because we already had the structure in the greenhouse I was able to run rope in a cross which will provide enough support for all the capsicum growing. The bonus is that there is not much wind in the greenhouse. An easy fix for a "good problem".
