Thanks for the support yesterday , you were all so right just one foot in front of the other .
Our caged area is a total mess and I was getting bent out of shape over so many self seeded poppies popping up everywhere so I decided to transplant a few , I have never moved them at this size so it's a waiting game to see if they survive .
I did a bit of weeding and began with a layer of wet news paper , once I finish with that a layer of hay will go down before the big plant out , plus lime and blood and bone .
I need to add some stakes and supports as well and something to hold the mesh frames and stop them from falling over .
Early this morning I got a nap sack of weed spray on the flower field and this arvo is play date day so the boys will no doubt do some more at the back door that apparently the hubby and wee man have decided on a concrete pad so I will plant some flowers in pots so we all win as life is all about compromise after all .
