Half way through my bowl full and suddenly thought I should post this in case anyone is growing them and to tempt your tastebuds as according to the Yates Sowing calander it is almost time to get some Brussels Sprouts seed sown ready for next year.

Omg i have been chatting with you all and snacking and just realised there is only a half one left! You will have to imagine this bowl to the brim with goodies, not sadly depleted as in the pic haha

What i used/did ( in order)

Peanut oil ( groundnut oil) ( i thought it would be a good flavour combination)

Frying pan

place the pan on the heat... mediumish. Swizzel in some peanut oil.

Next you need...

honeysoy chicken skewers ( 3 per person) ( i cheated and bought some ready made as was cheaper than making my own.)

A good handful of fresh picked Brussels Sprouts per person ... rinse well, chop in half lengthways (not acrossways), remove and yucky leaves,

Toss the prepared Brussels sprouts into the pan. Add the chicken skewers.( vegetarian option... make a honey soy marinade and toss everything in that at the end)

Cook until Brussels Sprouts and Chicken are just cooked. Keep turning the skewers and sprouts every few minutes to ensure even cooking and no burning

Boil the jug. Break up the 2 minute noodles ( 1 pack per person). Place into bowls. Add 1 cup of boiling water to each bowl.cover with a plate.

After about 1 minute Carefully mound the noodles over the Brussels Sprouts in the pan. Dont use all the liquid, just enough to deglaze the pan. Turn off the heat. Lid on. The noodles and Brussels Sprouts will help each other to finish cooking. Swizzle the noodles with some soy sayce.

To serve. Dish up a mound of noodles and Sprouts into each bowl. Top with the chicken from the skewers ( if using). Add a wee squeeze of lime, to taste

Will re do the photo when I make this again. Haha.
