We woke up to snow in the South Island today and all I could think of was how glad I was that I had brought all my seedlings inside.
It reminded me of why you don't gain much by planting out spring crops too early. Tomatoes almost always catch up to early showings and I don't have to cosset them as much.
Im pleased to say everything that's already in the garden survived.
