2019 and a unplannable covid Christmas, we decided to keep it casual. Usually we do a hot dinner in the evening, with a light lunch, so we can be traditional, with traditional decorations... But Covid changed that.
So, this new Bbq approach meant the outside was important, more important than be ore, so how to make the yard Christamssy... Hmmm, we decided that, we had a beautiful entertaining ares already, so we made the inside match the outside.
This year is a cold meats a nd salad style lunch, and the Christmas tree will decorated with sunflowers, and white flowers with ribbons, and the outside will match, with a garden of sunflowers, (Dwarf multiflora types) and along with white petunias and alyssum. The pots and hanging basket, A yellow Bell type flower I can't remember the name of, wite and yellow petunias and alyssum.
So while it may be early to talk about it, Christmas prep starts early in this garden. 🎄💮🌻
