Chefs choice by colour is a beefsteak type tomato. Yellow with red blush marks. Great tasting tomato and a replacement for oaxacan jewel that I can no longer find. This is a favourite and the 3rd year I am growing this. I try keep 2 plants to 2 leaders each. They got to the top of my 2.4 metre posts last year. This year I hope to spread the leaders out and zig zag them up 2.4m to try keep airflow as I found this variety was not great at fighting the powdery mildew.
