This morning, Connor managed to squeeze in the feeding of the plants before school, while I did a quick weed around the stone areas. Thankfully the weeding can be done in those areas in under half an hour. Then before heading off for a few nights away in the caravan at a local spot after school (where the kids sail on Sunday), I quickly fed our veggies, and the strawberries, and sprayed the onions for Connor again to be on the safe side.
With everything staked,; snail bait/traps in place, and everything feed, the garden will be essentially on it’s own for the next few days. My mum will keep an eye on things though. Going by the cat’s antics, I am not sure that it is the bugs that I need to be cautious of.
