Kid's Mini Challenge 8!

Garden ready!


I have some spinach ready so I decided to do mini challenge 8!  

Mum had already cooked some lentil bolognese (It has lentils instead of mince because I am a vegetarian), so I picked to spinach to cook and stir through to make it more interesting. 

Here is Amelia’s super easy guide on how to make spinach:

Prepare time: 2-3 months  Cook time: 2 minutes

  1. Raise some spinach (this may take a while so plan a few months in advance).
  2.  Pick your spinach.
  3. Rinse in some water (I recommend using a colander).
  4. Put in a frying pan with some oil and garlic.  You can add salt if you want, but I prefer it without.
  5. Stir with a spoon until it is dark green and floppy.  This should take about 2 minutes.
  6. Done!
